5. Ticket Price
Each ticket costs £50. There is no free entry route. Multiple tickets may be purchased in a single transaction. All prices include VAT where applicable.
6. The Draw
The winner of each competition is determined by the UK National Lottery Bonus Ball drawn on the specified draw date. The draw date and method are clearly stated on each competition page.
The Bonus Ball is a number between 1 and 59 drawn as part of the official National Lottery Lotto draw, conducted by Camelot UK Lotteries Limited. The Promoter has no control over or involvement in the National Lottery draw.
The ticket holder whose number matches the Bonus Ball on the draw date wins the prize. If no ticket has been sold for the winning number, the Promoter reserves the right to redraw using the next available National Lottery Bonus Ball draw.
The draw result will be published on the website within 24 hours of the National Lottery draw taking place.
7. The Prize
The prize for each competition is clearly stated on the competition page. Prizes are paid as cash directly to the winner. No alternative prize will be offered. The prize is non-transferable.
The winner will be contacted using the details provided at registration within 48 hours of the draw. The winner must respond within 14 days of notification. Failure to respond within this period may result in forfeiture of the prize and a redraw.
Proof of identity may be required before the prize is paid. The Promoter reserves the right to request this.
8. Cancellation and Refunds
Once a ticket purchase is complete and payment has been processed, your entry is confirmed and non-refundable except in the following circumstances:
- The competition is cancelled by the Promoter before the draw date
- A technical error results in your ticket number not being correctly registered
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days. However, by completing your purchase you expressly consent to the service beginning immediately and acknowledge that your right to cancel is lost once your ticket number has been assigned and the competition has commenced.
